HOW DO YOU LEAVE A REVIEW?
You can do so via the contact form on the website or instagram messaging on our page.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS/EXCHANGE?
No refunds/exchanges are allowed due to hyginene precautions. However, if there are any issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the situation.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All products are processed within 1-2 days.
Delivery to Europe- approximately 3-5 business days.
Delivery to everywhere else- approximately 6-7 buesiness days.
WHAT DAYS ARE ITEMS SHIPPED OUT?
Excluding next day tracked delivery, all items are shipped off on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, between 9am-2pm.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED?
Give up to 10 working days for it to arrive and be sure that it has not been given to someone else, or left elsewhere due to your absence when the courier delivered the package. If you still cannot find your order, please fill out the contact form on this website explaining your concern, and we will get back to you within 48 hours and try to resolve the issue. Please be aware that if there is no tracking integrated with your order, we are not responsible for lost packages as it is out of our hands, but we will do the best we can.
HOW DOES INSTANT CHECK OUT WORK?
Instant checkout allows you to make purchases straight away, however, if used, only one product can be purchased at a time and discount codes cannot be applied.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Apple/Google Pay, Credit or Debit card, PayPal, Buy now, pay later.
HOW DOES REFER A FRIEND WORK?
1. They must be a new customer and purchase at least one item within a month of your most recent order.
2. In the order summary section at checkout, they must leave a note stating who they have been referred by.
3. You will receive your personalised discount code via email.
4. Discount expires after 2 months of referral.
5. You can only use refer a friend for 20% off once a month.
